REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

When your item is received at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / exchange.
If your case is approved, then your refund / exchange will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit/debit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping multiple units over £100, you should consider using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
