REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Please note the following information on how to proceed when returning goods.
This allows us to process returns promptly.
1. Contact us
If you suspect a defect in one of our products, please contact our technical support via firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 203 8568426. We will contact you to discuss the issue and let you know what to do next.
If you wish to return unwanted items, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. To return goods, please contact us at email@example.com or call +44 203 8568426 and request an RMA number. Please write this number on the emailed RMA form and include this in the parcel with the items to be returned. Please note that the goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging with the full postage paid. Items that have been installed cannot be returned.
Failure to comply with the above may result in a processing fee of £15 per item being charged.

2. Pack up and return the products
Please repack the goods carefully in their original packaging, then send the parcel to the address below. Please note that all postage costs for returned goods must be paid for by the buyer. Items returned with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

Please include the RMA form and mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
When your item is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / exchange.
If your case is approved, then your refund / exchange will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit/debit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping multiple units over £100, you should consider using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
